2. Service Description and Changes

ZoneMac provides users with cloud computing resource rental services based on Apple Mac hardware. We reserve the right to adjust the service content, type, function, or form at any time according to business development needs.

2.2 No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

While we are committed to providing high-quality service, We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.you understand and agree that the Service may be affected by a variety of factors (such as network congestion, hardware failure, system maintenance, etc.). ZoneMac shall not bear any responsibility for service interruptions caused thereby other than as provided in the SLA (if applicable).

2.3 Third-party Services

The Service may contain or involve products or services provided by third parties. ZoneMac makes no guarantees of any kind for third-party services and assumes no responsibility for them.

3. Account and Security

3.1 Registration Obligations

You guarantee that all information provided during registration and use of the Service is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You shall bear any loss caused by untrue information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account credentials (including but not limited to username, password, SSH keys, etc.). All operations performed using your account and password shall be deemed your own behavior, and you shall bear full legal responsibility for them. 4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Payment Obligations

The Service is a prepaid business. You must pay all relevant fees in full before the Service begins. All fees are settled in US Dollars (USD) and do not include any taxes. You shall bear any taxes arising from the use of the Service.

Except as explicitly provided by law, all paid fees are non-refundable.This includes, but is not limited to, account balances, and fees for subscription periods paid but not used. We reserve the right of final interpretation regarding this.

4.3 Price Adjustments

ZoneMac reserves the right to adjust service prices at any time. Price adjustments will take effect after being announced on the website or through notification. Renewal prices are based on the current price at the time of renewal.

5. Usage Guidelines

You promise not to use this Service for any illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or government orders;
• Infringing upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others;
• Sending spam, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activities;
• Performing unauthorized port scanning, network attacks, or spreading viruses;
• Engaging in cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly permitted by us in writing);
• Engaging in activities that affect the normal use of other users due to high resource consumption.

If such behaviors are discovered, we have the right to immediately terminate the service, delete data, and offer no refund without prior notice, and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Ownership

You own the data stored on ZoneMac servers. ZoneMac will not make any claims to your data content.

6.2 Data Backup Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the backup and protection of your data.ZoneMac Any backup features provided are only as auxiliary tools and do not constitute a commitment to data security. ZoneMac shall not be responsible for any data loss, damage, or leakage caused by hardware failure, software errors, human operation, or other reasons.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneMac explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZoneMac and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of ZoneMac to you (whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory) shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by you to ZoneMac in the one month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination of Agreement

9.1 Termination by User

You may stop using the Service at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

9.2 Termination by ZoneMac

If we reasonably believe you have violated any terms of this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate your Service at any time without any liability. Upon termination of the Service, we have the right to immediately delete all your data.

10. Other Terms

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Place of Incorporation of ZoneMac]. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts at the place of company incorporation for resolution.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements or understandings.
